Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ChartEdge AI website and service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChartEdge AI ("we", "us", or "our").

ChartEdge AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse trading chart screenshots uploaded by users. The Service generates trade-plan suggestions including pattern identification, entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ChartEdge AI is an informational tool only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser before making trading decisions.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised at support@chartedge.ai.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We currently offer a Monthly plan ($20.00 / month) and an Annual plan ($144.00 / year, equivalent to $12/month). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish misleading financial content.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription to any third party.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scraping tools or bots to access the Service.

All software, algorithms, designs, text, and other content comprising the Service are owned by ChartEdge AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• Not Financial Advice. The AI-generated trade plans are for informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, the AI analyses patterns on a best-effort basis. Market conditions are unpredictable and past patterns do not guarantee future results.
• Service Availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChartEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartEdge AI and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
