Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ChartEdge AI website and service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChartEdge AI ("we", "us", or "our").

ChartEdge AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse trading chart screenshots uploaded by users. The Service generates trade-plan suggestions including pattern identification, entry points, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets.

WARNING: ChartEdge AI is an informational tool only. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser before making trading decisions.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised at support@auth.chartedge.app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. The current plan options are: $20 USD per month (billed monthly) or $15 USD per month (billed annually at $180 USD per year).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is given.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish misleading financial content.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or subscription to any third party.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware.
• Upload images containing personal, medical, identity, sexual, or violent content. The Service is designed exclusively for trading chart screenshots.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated scraping tools or bots to access the Service.

All software, algorithms, designs, text, and other content comprising the Service are owned by ChartEdge AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any chart images you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• Not Financial Advice. The AI-generated trade plans are for informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy. While we strive for accuracy, the AI analyses patterns on a best-effort basis. Market conditions are unpredictable and past patterns do not guarantee future results.
• Service Availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChartEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartEdge AI and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately and removes your access, chart analyses, journal entries, uploaded images, and account credentials. A limited set of billing, transaction, and account records may be retained after deletion for as long as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax compliance, or other legal obligations. Records that payment processors or other service providers are independently required to retain are not affected by account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. You agree to contact us at support@auth.chartedge.app and allow at least thirty (30) days to resolve the matter before initiating any formal proceedings.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM AGAINST CHARTEDGE AI MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChartEdge AI regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
